Do we have confirmation of the ship management revenue? Who are they managing ships for, if not Box itself? Surely not Allseas, whom Box has been paying in the past?

Whats going on with bullet point #3 on this? R/S of 1 to 1000??... that a vote had been started/amended as early as June 15th 2017? 4 months ago? Is this R/S still on or did they OFFICIALLY rule it out?
