There is unpaid a/r of $2.7mil+ plus ship management services revenue on top of low OS. If they suddenly announce they have acquire a few ships or merged with the ceo's private company, allseas, then share price will go up many many times from current level at even 25-50 mil MC.

There is one note conversion but that is already done should be done very soon with last couple of days' volumes.
