Sorry to intrude in your pissing context,but I do respectfully disagree with your statement about a merger between the two companies.Lqmt was in such of a bad shape than Li could have bought the entire company for 63million dollars.Li investment was a strategically investment to ensure his empire to grow from Usa and Europe.His 405million shares are held in a HK SPV.Read about HK SPV you will see why Li doesn't own more % of Lqmt.
