Swanlock is released however it is still listed in Beta.
The ranking is achieved via solicited action (promotion).
Dominic Malgieri (not L.) was a computer forensic analyst for HLS. not a military encryption specialist.
A side note, the reviews (total of 12 so far) are from before the release of the Google Play app, the previous beta version that has self admitted flaws so they are a bit lacking in merit. Oh, and the negative review, seems it is not accessible.
