Actually your statments are flawed.

Its only showing Beta because you are registered as a Beta tester. The rest of the world that is not registered for beta gets a normal app screen

No way of proving its paid ranking. That is just an uneducated speculation

As for Google play reviews.... i dont think i need to say anything there. 11 of 12 rating are 5 star. Nothing wrong with that
