Nidan..I think it's already done..
I think Biogen would have started In VIVO testing the
second the MTA was transferred..

they already had first WSU study..

based on research..posted HERE..In Vivo takes
around 30 weeks to complete than however long to
review..maybe a month tops..

Biogen may have SOME responsibility to report to Anavex when done..
but my guess is ..Biogen can delay reporting those findings on
technicalities(we are not quite finished) as long as they want..
(Not Biogen's first rodeo)

Biogen is trying to own Anavex..one of the reasons why the good Dr. said..

we have to be further along to get higher "UPFRONT" payments..

those upfront payments just keep getting higher and higher and higher..
