How do we KNOW it wasn't because of anything from the parties?
Remember you, the TAUG "consultant", have told us many times that us little peons are not privy to all the "letters" to the court from the parties, per "local rules"...

I highly doubt you would ADMIT to Cowan/Herzog winning anything...
Especially since you made such a big deal out of them "losing" their attempt to delay the court date previously!

My guess is the so called expert was STILL not "available" for a deposition?
Perhaps she needs a lot of coaching?

And why hasn't the "expert's" deposition been posted yet?

There must be more to this story. It isn't healthy to leave the reason for a 3 month deferral dangling.

p.s. And why is the new trial date not worthy of a new sticky? Seems like important news to me.
