If he did everything he said he was going to do icnb would have 100% ownership of Bellissima and audited financials by now. Which would be a big help. Unless he did some shady deal where he owns 75% of Bellissima no matter what--which wouldn't surprise me. Then shareholders would still only own 25% with 1.38 billion shares to split it with. Lol oh icnb.
