You have to be kidding - what is your proof that Mersky hasn't sold any shares - DRNK is a Form 15 company - they don't file with the SEC.

So Mersky doesn't have to file a Form 4 to report any sells.

Then you seem to have forgotten about the fake acquisitions using DRNK stock - Media360, ChoiceAdz, Essential Marketing Systems.
