Just read this. Brilliant. Nice to see the law firm (MISCON de REYA) has been around since 1937, employs over 400 lawyers, and has revenue of $150 million. Only two head offices: London and New York.

What a crock of s!! Lets see, RPX has this in court because a loss will affect their ability to get new clients? And they are not even being sued? This is supposed to be about infringement of Chanbond patents, not some silly argument about losing a case in which they wernt even involved. What a waste of court time.
