Stop bullshiting, retail can't short, unless you have an offshore account, and then you are naked shorting, which is illegal main land, but MMS short constantly and its legal, NITE, CDEL,BMIC...... according to SEC, they provide liquidity, bullchit....
Nite still owes $2.9 billion since 2011, of shares they shorted and never bought back, they paid a fine of $100k USD, so this is what's going on, the rest is bullllllllshit.
