If Berman were to be in poor health or even to not be in good health, the qualifier "could" would still prevent your original statement from being libel. In fact poor health conditions would make your statement more reasonable. Are you saying that Berman in fact is in poor health and falsifying statements?

Zem, here is another thing you miss. Civil trials depend on credibility. Meyler and Cowan have been caught in numerous lies. All it takes is one and they are not credible.

Seth will methodically explain the damages and the violations of the Board of Accountancy. He will explain the timeline and he does not have to lie, he does not have to embellish.

Luckily the rules are plain and simple and auditors and attorneys are even held to a higher standard.
