Section 3(a)(10) exemption abuse is not rare at all in this space, sadly. i find it rare and unusual to spend well over a million of shareholders equity for China "deals" when only the CannaDX unit exists for sale, and cannabis is illegal in China.

All those deals have been terminated from my reading of the filings, and of course there was a zero ROI.
