I'm confused. DEWM has just dropped from over 1.5 cents down to .002's in a few months and it's very strong? If DEWM was between 3 to 5 cents right now, w/o RS, I might agree.

Will it still be very strong if and when it ever gets to a few cents or will it then be very weak?
