Thanks for yours and Schlumpy's replies. I've been burned with litigation before on a biotech. I think Keough is a fraud and completely swindled Otiko and Phillips but it's up to the judge in the end. I grabbed a smaller position today because I think the reward outweighs the risk.
I hope Otiko comes out on top! I'll be watching more closely and will be looking to add more in the near future.
