Experienced investors, like me, know it's almost impossible to know when a stock or the market in general is overpriced. If you go back to March 2009 when the Dow fell to its lows, you'll see many posts about an overpriced market. Remember in March 2009 the market was teetering on collapse. I knew several wealthy people who dumped all their stocks around that time.

Buffett, the world's most successful investor by far, makes no effort to time the market. BRK is always fairly fully invested (or more, using leverage).

The worst fault of IHUB investors (among many faults): They're vastly overconfident for their own good.

Too bad no one can do it. Actually most stock predictions are accurate... about 47% of the time according to studies. A coin flip is better.
