i agree the safety study completed will not drive up owcp-except-as you posted-to $1pps-

a jv signed with a big co. and revs coming in will drive up the pps.. it won't hurt to be on the Toronto exchange either...

it has been stated so many times about 2018 and beyond...the stock will churn until REAL action takes place stated above in sentence # 2...jmho
