I can tell you it isn't completed yet from my understanding, however that's not what I think drives this above $1. That may help kick it higher or sustain $1 levels but won't be the driving force. I've doubled down in the last 2 weeks and now own right above 600,000 shares. I have no doubt this is my Netflix or my grandparents Ford or GE. I'm in for the next 12-24 months than going to have 5 mill plus in MMJ stocks by 2020
