They lose control of a 30 year company so JT could scrap everything. There are Chinese beer markets in the US already and that China company isn't coming to us hence him saying there is a China market and a Cali brewery. But same product.

I think you've got overall of this deal correct Shotsky. Business in China ain't like it is in the US...more regulation, less regulation, marketing procedures, etc...I don't know, but Chinese companies have been salivating to get into the US market for a long time. This is an opportunity for them - the China brewery - to get to the US market with a team of US business savvy managers and possibly allow them to do better with a half a loaf in a more sophisticated arena than with the whole loaf in China. I've long been intrigued by this company's China connection, these are very interesting developments.
