They (a private Chinese brewery) want to partner with a public US company that is introducing Hemp Beer to the US and China? I don't see anything wrong with that, sounds like an opportunity for them. Going international with a new product sounds like a smart decision, especially with a company that knows the international and US markets...
I would expect them to make more money with their 49% than they ever did with 100%...
