Charlie has no lawyers as evidenced by the detailed post below.
Charlie can't file even unaudited financials and never has. If he were to show his real financial dealings they would be evidence that he belongs in jail, LOL!.
I suspect Charlie used this shell for money laundering at one point and it will never be viable again.
