Perla was not used for anything but theft, I am a victim, USD 8,750 was paid for equipment he never delivered... this was back in 2010. He has ranted enough times how he is taking me to court of saying publicly that he needs to refund with interest. I am not afraid Charles, none whatsoever, bring it on.
