The question was not about ONCI - it was 'what is convertible debt?'. The answer is absolutely correct. It is how most of the pink market operates. The only questions you have to ask is how much in convertible debt is left and what is the SS, when looking into pinks.
ONCI is clearing its debt, leaving no convertible debt at all. It is more of an equity investment situation, where they get stock at a discount, instead of something like $.0005 per share on unpaid loans, like most convertible loans go.
