That paints this in a lot more negative color than it is. I may be wrong but I understand that the debt was inherited from another company, not one created by ONCI borrowing money. SB retired many of his own shares to help offset this. The rate exchange that he negotiated was actually in ONCI's favor. What was it again? something like 45% of current value? This is being done this way not because ONCI can not pay it but rather this leaves the revenue free to re-invest in building ONCI.
Or at least this is how I understand it.
