There is nothing you can do about escrows either you get some money or you do not, end of story. The only thing that could protect us is the hedgies interest for their multimillion shares if they decide to protect their investment. Bottom line noone cares about retail investors.

Personally Im just waiting to see what happens prior to January 5 2018. Something has to happen before the $600M loan expires.
