To manufacture cannabis product for recreational use I believe you need a Type 6 Manufacturer License in the state of California. Marijuana laws and regulations are different than your normal business regulations.

By way of clarification, most of the millions of small businesses have a 'registered office' like Hop-on, where official docs are sent, usually their accountant or attorney and the actual business is run out a car, home office or dining room table. Does that make such businesses ineligible to be licensed in CA?

Relevance is that the background of Hop-on's Twitter pics appears to be residential rather than corporate in appearance
