If you guys that are claiming they are not licensed can find out that for sure than I am more than happy to completely and openly agree with you on here and sell all my stock in the company. I'll even help you out. Here in California there are several steps to being able to legally conduct business. First step is to find out if the business is required to obtain licensure through CSLB. Hop on is not required. Next they must obtain a local license through the county or city depending upon how they are zoned. In California you are not required to obtain any license or corporate status if you the total of each transaction is 500$ or less. That doesn't apply to hop on but I thought I would through that out there because it's interesting. FYI I know all this because I own three businesses in California. They're all current :p Lastly hop ons corporate headquarters are located in the city of Temecula in the county of riverside. Happy searching guys and btw if the business is ran out of a residence it is not and can not be licensed.
