essentially its saying a ruling that can be used as precedence from another juridiction and is substantial has occured so recently that another attempt at such is futile unless an appeal to a higher court happens.

this is a big proceeding.

dont allow more of these. but continue as scheduled.

Granted its the PATENT board and not a court.

but you cannot stay or recess or hold or lengthen for this now.
