Again, you apparently don't understand that an NDA is nothing suspicious and that Damaj is obliged to adhere to it. I can't stress that enough. NDAs are routine business practice. Consequently there is nothing to come clean. Their manufacturer has a pending OTC ANDA and INNV's management is not allowed to talk about anything related to their agreement. That's it. Very simple, very straightforward, nothing suspicious.
Nobody is grasping at straws as you like to put it.
