Questionable is your motives for going after Winick.
You seem to have insider information that is all new to this board. How do you know so much about who owns what in TFN?
I think you have an agenda and are probably paid to accomplish it.
However, we'll keep it cival here. I asked is you were part of the company trying to buy out the company and you didn't answer it. Sounds like sour grapes to me. Sometimes those grapes make great wine. Sometimes they don't.
Do what you have to do. Until he proves otherwise, Winick is doing the job he is paid to do.
