Photog you must have bumped your head because you seem to have forgotten that, its Mike Garrow that owns the Supermajority of TFN. Secondly who in their right mind would put any serious money into this holdng company when you can make 1 phone call to Mr. Garrow himself and deal with him directly. If it wasnt For Garrow ,IMHO Winick wouldnt have BKMP and wouldnt even trade this high no one would want to own BKMP heck it might still be First canadian. As you already know BKMP's main asset is 20% of TFN. Let me ask you this, what exactly is winicks role in all this? Besides selling shares for cash and then using whats left over to buy back shares at a lower price what is his role? Mike Garrow runs and oversees the day to day operations of TFN. and Winick? I guess he sits by the computer and phone waiting for the ihub members to call and email him? What about accountability? His excuse for a falling stock price is the naked shorts? what about the lack of revenues, and poor investment decisions?

Dont get me wrong i dont hate him at all. I appreciate the fact he's given us preferred shares which may turn out to be ownership in TFN directly.

Mike Garrow has stated 2008 TFN will have huge reveues and Positive cash flow, Did winick say anything like that about BKMP? IMHO Mike Garrow is more savy, and more trustwothy.

If TFN is going to be a public company the last thing they need is to be assosiated with IMHO a shady CEO in sandy winick. IMHO He might be a great person, but as a Executive he's very questionable.
