All good points Fish.....One could assume that with revolutionary products and services to be PR'd at some point in the future, would or could the $VTSI story become more Dynamic.....the story could change very quickly to the investment community.
on another note....I hope the Executive team, BOD and VTSI employees participate in the raise.
It looks to me if someone wanted to buy 1% they could do that quite easily. All they have to be patient, because there always seems to be enough sellers to be able to acquire those shares. JMO.
