If you notice, he only posted the portion that has the hearing date but convenietly left out the file date which is the key to the whole thing. These guys wont post that or the answer to your question. Hmmm.
Yes they emerged from chapter 11 by selling off all assets . They did not sell the company which now will go into chapter 7 and die a slow death . All the while still trading under the soupq ticker . I don't understand why people don't get it . Gallant does not own the soupq ticker .
