What was the average Trig of ANCHOR? 160?

I do not know what was the average (Do you know?) ... I read about the median only (LOL) : it was 259.0, 254.0 and 264.8 in the placebo, 2g and 4g arms respectively.

How is it relevant for the significance (of TG reduction) in the cited studies? It were, w/o any doubt, a significant reduction of TG in both studies ... w/o MACE reduction overall and in the high TG subgroups.

It's going to be a difficult PR day for the FDA when the R-I results are released.

Why will be difficult?

a.) the result could be a "JELIS-type" ... FYI (since facts isn't your strongest side): JELIS result does not support the "TG is a valid marker" theory, the TG reduction was 5% only, meanwhile MACE reduction was 19%.

b.) if TG will be significantly decreased (top of MACE reduction) it will increase the possibility that TG is a valid marker ... BUT ... won't confirm it.

FDA did not say anything about Vascepa, the rescindment was about TG.
