3.80 would be nice. Interesting also to see the NASDAQ fee of 75k included in there. Seems like this ship is getting ready to sail.

Well it seems they diluted the shares by 18%, priced at $3.50. If you reverse engineer that, it would seem the investors believe pre-issuance shares are worth about $4.25. Am I doing that right?
