Buzz, i agree with your comments about Canada. The scalability would come about much faster in such a system due to possible mandates. i n the US it will take a longer but I would expect the large insulin manufacturers and the big pharma that have diabetes meds to approach ALRT for co-marketing. The ALRT systems should not only improve patient outcomes but would increase use of meds and get people on insulin earlier as most are put on intensive care too late. And all this will also lead to lower total cost of care by reducing hospitalizations and comorbidities.
