Making a transaction? Nope. Every transaction would then be dependent on the customer having access to another source to verify. Using this at the check stand might be something people like, but not something everyone can use. I don’t think Circle K wants to limit their customers ability to use a card based on a second authentication point. I don’t think Walmart would either. I don’t think a lot of companies will. Most companies serve a broad spectrum of classes. Lower income class people may not have the ability to do this.

But when it is something that is very unrealistic due to the amount of people that would have to agree to it and companies potentially losing a type of customer over it... credit card companies make a lot of money off lower income people who don’t have the ability to pay their balance due each month. Why take their ability to swipe away and sign at the registers?”
