If an offer to purchase and merge with WMIH is forthcoming, and the insiders know it and have already positioned themselves with the buyer, walking the stock price down this way gives the buyer a huge advantage.
I expect one as well. It would be a little blatant to wait till the last second and have your friends make a fortune. But I see them waiting till it's best for them and not us. I would like to see one in the next month but I don't think expecting it by the 31st as a reasonable expectation.
They have never done anything sooner than it needed to be done. And the same players that used illegal insider trading to try to screw us years ago are still right here in bed with us.
