Neither I nor EAPH said it was an Exemption in place of a license. The exemptions are exemptions to the license. Yes they still need a license, a building and such. But these exemptions may very well be needed for the purpose EAPH has in mind.
As you stated..... do some research on the Canadian Laws Governing Marijuana and what they actually are. EAPH\Alliance Group has received legal approval to grow, cultivate, distribute (sell) recreational & medical marijuana. This is legally completed with no objections from Federal & Local Authorities. The 45 zoned and approved land EAPH\Alliance Group owns is in process of having greenhouses built on it now. Details are forthcoming as EAPH has stated several times.
