Where did you find out Miller "ponied up his own money"? Best as I know, he and his phony group did not buy one share. Just made phone calls on behalf of 100:1 R/S and gave himself four different titles on the few P/R's he sent out.

Just be patient. One of our main competitors, Arotech, has lost money for the last two years and has declining revenue over the past three. They are projecting making money in 2017, but their forward P/E with that guidance is 20. Once Virtra gets on the NASDAQ and gets on a more comparable basis with arotech, investors will easily see which is the better investment. VTSI would have a ~$5 price tag with a similar 2017 forward P/E.

We have to assume these guys are FOS until proved otherwise. It’s been one hack firm after another. JMO
