Their strategy - or lack of - has been baffling for years. A college kid who got a C in marketing 101 could have done a better job. I have been here since WSJ 09' caught my eye. It is almost as if Andy's bumbling,mumbling and fumbling is by design. Play by the rules - secure legitimate financing - partner with a professional marketing firm. True, the pie gets sliced up but there is/was still serious money to be realized. But what do the Whalens do? Try to skirt and shim-sham around govt. agencies - set up an in house financing shell game that was bound to raise suspicion/skepticism - put out countless dubious PRs that have resulted in totally destroying any confidence investors have in his integrity. He has managed to turn a golden goose into a scrawny chicken. Maybe this new wonder boy can pull a rabbit out of his hat. He has a helluva challenge ahead of him. IMHO
