MVTG about to issue 500mill shares dropping it down to let's be fair, .0003.

Let's face it both companies will issue shares, both companies have the same connections, both companies ran by known scammers. Future looks bad, real bad.

Totally wrong assessment!!!

Just as a reminder...
ICLD got rid of its worst assets (AWS) in an attempt to bolster its sagging pps and bottom line! Obviously that was not enough!!

If we go back to April 25th (the day it was announced that mvtg bought AWS) we see that mvtg pps was .013¢!!
Since taking on the failing AWS, the pps of mvtg has dropped to .0037!!

There can only be three viable explanations!

1. AWS was/is a lousy company that is a drag on whoever owns it! ... or
2. ICLD was/is a bad bet with or without AWS! ...or
3. Mvtg was/is a bad bet with or without AWS!

IMHO, I think it is all three!

There is no possible way anyone could make this scenario up ...
