It is immeasurably idiotic to suggest there is not coal on this property. The exploration was accomplished and reported and documented YEARS ago, with the mining concessions granted by department of mining. CAR is the environmental agency. They review the permit application for the MINING operation. That is the permit application under review . We have been discussing this for two years.

Facts are in the CAR documents.

To now suggest otherwise is just unexplainable.
