It is explains a lot.
The CAR seems to prove that Campo is involved with the NEWC scam.
It was also pointed out in the past that we have no idea if these outcrops were planted or if they are real coal outcrops on this property. It seems that exploration needs to take place first and that is what this permit is for. I was unaware that this permit was for exploration and not mining. It seems that we now that prove of what we all suspected.

Everything is now coming to light.
