DCTH chose to voluntarily delist from the Nasdaq after two RS attempts failed. For some reason Kman does not want to go to the OTC at all.
So here it is......
Release the SCLC resuits NOW, show the SH some good faith. You want something from us, then give us something. My vote remains AGAINST unless CYTRx release those results, Before the vote deadline.
No SCLC results, NO RS!
