Yes, and Rufus and Mike Alexander should pay very, very dearly for that. It is unspeakbale what Rufus did to Dr. Mensah, and to every organization whose name he's brandished to make this worthless shell look like a real company. I hope everyone sues him at once.

First we have requested that they remove our names from the postings on their website. They took the bios of our people from our business plan that under the NDA should not be posted on their website.

Second if their scheme is against the law that will not affect us because we have a cease and disist request that cleary states that they cannot use the names of board members they do not know or have permission from in their filings or in any other promotional materials to investors on wall street.

Any agreement does not give them permission to put our confidential businees plan on the two websites namely songwi.com and cvsu.us.
