True, Sepaniak was former CEO of Weida until he was asked to resign as CEO and resign from the Board of Directors of Weida. During his reign the stock moved from the $4 range down to the $1 range. It made it to the $4 range after a 1-for-4 reverse split and hovered in that area due to fraud and manipulation (according to charges filed with the SEC and FBI). Shortly after the manipulation, Sepaniak was asked to resign. The stock then continued falling to the current price of .0001 per share.
