I agree filings would be nice, but even I don't need SEC filings. Filings cost time and money. If FGFC is in the start up phase there probably isn't much to file right now anyway.
It would be nice though to have the CEO emerge and detail his existence and history. At least prove the good intentions of the company. Its an easy thing to do but one that FGFC refuses to do.
