If there is not much to file about why do you have so many questions. SEC filings give most all information relating to questions asked on this board; and more! How many warrants and at what price were issued for the line of credit?; etc. SEC filings give one a history of the principals', customers, material events; ETC! Pinks are just a quick trading thing for me.
