Continuous infusion pumps have been previously suggested and have been around for many years. Oral delivery is preferable.
Certainly keeping the concentration below therapeutic levels makes a drug ineffective. Bolusing the drug with peaks and valleys of concentration is suboptimal but common with delivery of many drugs and may achieve the desired therapeutic effect. Also, one of you previous posts suggest that after about three half lives the drug is at a "negligible" concentration. Without establishing a dose-response relationship this is inaccurate.
